At Revzone, we strive to deliver your order as 
quickly and safely as possible anywhere in Pakistan.

1. Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major cities and towns across 
Pakistan including:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, 
Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Sialkot, 
Gujranwala, Abbottabad, and more.

2. Delivery Timeframe
- Karachi: 1-2 Business Days
- Major Cities: 2-3 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 4-5 Business Days

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, 
public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond 
our control.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 2,000
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders 
  below the free shipping threshold

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of 
confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or 
public holidays will be processed the next 
business day.

5. Courier Partners
Revzone works with trusted courier partners 
to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive 
a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS to track 
your delivery in real time.

7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please record an 
unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours 
of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or 
refund as applicable.
